Lee has been involved in grassroots football for a number of years, spending three successful seasons at Shrewsbury Juniors before joining FC Nations. Throughout that time, he’s built a reputation for his passion, commitment and ability to recognise potential in players from an early age.

As Under 10s Manager, Lee’s focus is on creating a positive environment where players are encouraged to work hard, enjoy their football and continually improve. He believes development comes through high standards, confidence and giving every player the opportunity to reach their potential.

For Lee, success is measured by the progress players make both on and off the pitch, helping them develop as footballers while building character, resilience and a genuine love for the game.
